Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management: Draft, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
SEO Optimization: Develop content optimized for SEO to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create a content strategy that aligns with company objectives and audience demands.
Quality Assurance: Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and ensure all published content meets the company's editorial guidelines.
Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct thorough research to create content that resonates with our target audience.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior content writers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring content quality.
Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve content quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content aligns with broader campaign strategies, brand guidelines, and company values using data-driven insights.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and leadership team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record with 5 years of experience in content writing or related roles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong research skills with attention to detail.
Experience in mentoring or managing a team is a plus.
Knowledge of web3, blockchain or cryptocurrency industry or domain would be an advantage.
