Your work-life opportunity:

As a Senior Content Designer at Glovo, you will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers and Localisation Specialists to help us deliver an engaging and meaningful experience for Glovo’s customers, partners and couriers.As the champion of our UI copy, you will work in cross-functional product teams at all phases of the product development lifecycle: from brainstorming and researching to shipping products and iterating.You will be part of the Content Design team, within the UX Organization, which is setting the foundation of the Content Design discipline at Glovo.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Raise the Content Design bar writing clear, concise and localisation-friendly copy across multiple platforms that impact key business metrics
Build strategies that allow content to scale globally
Take full ownership of the Content Design process for your product area
Be a role model on how to apply Content Design principles and identify opportunities to refine them
Use quantitative and qualitative data and customer insights to prioritize and define your work so that it best serves our users
Manage the expectations of the most senior stakeholders accordingly
Advocate for user centricity across Glovo

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

At least 5+ years of experience working as a Content Designer/UX Writer or Content Strategist
Significant experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
Native level fluency in English; any other languages will be very appreciated
A portfolio to showcase how the content your wrote could simplify and improve the overall user experience
The capacity to thrive on feedback and critique, responding with creative thinking and iterations
Experience in contributing to Design Systems, creating information architecture and content strategy
Experience working with a Localisation team to ensure scalability of copy
Extensive experience working with design tools like Figma as well as content management tools
Excellent communication skills and a problem solving mindset
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
