Senior Consumer Product Marketing Manager
Team Description:
Consumer PMM is a fairly new function for Reddit. Aside from core end-to-end Product Marketing functions like supporting our product strategy and leading Go-To-Market efforts, you’ll also play an important role in shaping what Consumer PMM looks like on Reddit.
Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Community Marketing team, supporting consumer and moderator products.
What you'll do:
- Lead inbound and outbound Product Marketing for Consumer and Community products
- Be a trusted partner with Product, Engineering, Research, International and Community teams
- Bring products to life, from driving insights and segmentation to inform future directions, all the way to launching new features or experiences
- Help shape product strategy, including positioning, narratives, goals, and testing
- Create and drive go-to-market strategies spanning multiple channels and cross-functional teams
- Leverage research, data, and market insights to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy/consultant roles
- Experience working with community products preferred
- Experience managing different product workstreams and flexing across different product areas
- Experience working with 0-1 products nice to have
- Copywriting and project management experience

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
