As the first Senior Communications Designer you will be responsible for the execution of all things employer brand. This includes working with c-suite on storytelling for company-wide communications and supporting additional internal programs such as employer branding. As a small but quickly scaling company of multi-disciplinary learners, we count on team members to bring their unique experience and perspective to the table, and invite them to branch out beyond their initial job title. For this particular role, we’re looking for empathetic, fast learners that will quickly understand our employees and translate that into quality creative that reflects the organization we are building.
