(Senior) Brand Designer (m/f/x)

• You are the contact point for everything brand related, in-house and externally. 
• You are articulating the creative vision for the brand across all markets and consumer/customer touchpoints and are responsible for its quality and execution from conception to completion. 
• You are elevating and evolving the brand to a level of international recognition. 
• You are creating a cohesive brand experience across each touchpoint by collaborating and building strong relationships across the product, design and marketing teams and with stakeholders throughout the company. 
• You are further developing and expanding the brand book and the dos and don'ts around it taking e-commerce best practices into account (maintaining/expanding brand guidelines and establishing asset libraries and visual framework). 
• You are understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
• You are continually iterating on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our segments/users (for product and marketing) by pushing creative storytelling. 
• You are creating work that has the power to move people to action. 
• You are competent in testing methodologies and understand how to interpret research results to improve results. 

• You have completed a degree or have comparable qualifications in graphic design or other relevant fields. 
• You have 5+ years of brand design experience with solid examples of work. 
• You have extensive experience working on global brands. 
• You have the ability and proven track record of functional and impactful design across all platforms (TVC, OOH, social, content, performance). 
• You have experience in developing brands and creating brand guidelines. 
• You effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale and engage in constructive design critiques. 
• You have strong conceptual skills, an eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality work. 
• You strive for creative excellence and empower others to do so as well. 
• You function both independently and as a strong collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills. · You have the ability to work alongside, mentor and coach more junior team members. 
• You have an understanding of data and creative testing frameworks. · You are proficient in using Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools as well as Figna. 
• You have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and the ability to move at speed. 
• You like spending time with your peers from design, product and marketing to find solutions together as one team.
• You feel comfortable explaining design decisions also to non-design stakeholders and can hold your ground in discussions. 
• You have a native level of spoken and written German or English and a good command of the other.
