About the role
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Designer to support creative production, helping us maintain the design standards we have set in the Brand MKT department, and to help us evolve our visual storytelling across various brand touchpoints. Through exceptional visual execution, you will ensure brand coherence, user engagement, and visual clarity. We are looking for someone able to articulate creative concepts, communicate ideas effectively, and deliver high-quality creative assets.
What you’ll do
- Understand the distinct requirements of the brand and turn them into imaginative and compelling creative concepts.
- Collaborate with various marketing disciplines to execute impactful and high-performing campaigns.
- Work with our established design systems and create new feature visualisations or new components that might enhance our existing libraries.
- Support with various internal initiatives and foundational design projects.
- Actively communicate ideas and updates in regular meetings.
- Safeguard the creative integrity of projects and serve as their advocate.
What you’ll bring
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work
- A graphic design degree or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in SaaS companies.
- Understanding of how a brand’s visual identity and voice create a cohesive brand experience.
- Familiar with collaborative tools including Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, and Notion.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- (Plus) Design experience for social media platforms.
