Senior Analyst, New Product Operations at Checkout.com:

Checkout.com are actively looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Analyst to join our growing team in London to support our internal operations departments with coping with hyper-growth and product readiness!

As a Senior Analyst, New Product Operations, you'll work with our operations, product, legal and compliance teams to define the requirements for operational enablement and readiness for new product launches.

In addition to this you'll be building out processes with teams across the business to ensure that we can optimally service all our clients. 

What you'll will be doing

  • Responsibility for day to day interaction with internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations and PMO) to deliver readiness on new products or programmes.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure that all policies, procedures, contracts and other relevant documents are in place to support products launch.
  • Be responsible for the operations work stream (Including Underwriting, KYC, Risk, Customer Support, Customer Ops, and more) by enabling the teams to support new products by collecting their requirements and building them out with the relevant Checkout functions.
  • Serve as a key member in various steering committees, speaking for operations whilst building product visions

About you

  • Project delivery or project management experience, and experience working with payments is preferred, although not required.
  • You know how to get things done; able to organise/liaise with internal and external teams to meet timelines.
  • Dedicated to slick processes and products, always aiming for simplicity and efficiency.
  • Strong, collaborator, communicator with the ability to influence colleagues across organisations and businesses, and deliver executive presentations.
  • A pragmatic problem solver with an ability to think creatively. Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as strong data and root cause analysis skills
  • Expected to be hands on.
  • Not shy to get stuck in and roll your sleeves up and extend your reach throughout the organisation.
