About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce product manager to ensure that BVNK capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. The Salesforce product manager should act as the liaison between business users and technical resources. This includes supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. To ensure success as a Salesforce product manager, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Salesforce product manager ensures that their Salesforce expertise translates into various optimized department operations.

As Salesforce Product Manager, you will:

  • Build strategic partnerships/relationships with stakeholders, across the organization. Profile their roles and how they can be better served by various business solutions and process improvements.
  • Partner with vendors to understand product growth potential and future opportunities that may benefit the business.
  • Conduct business and systems process analysis, at a complex level, resulting in data, process and software documentation and improvement recommendations.
  • Create the documentation necessary to facilitate change and to add clarity to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. (ex. KPIs/acceptance critter, diagrams, mockups, and other communication resources).
  • Work with key stakeholders and product teams (Development, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, etc.) to rank business requirements, and plan release roll-outs.
  • Regularly participate in product team meetings and communicate with stakeholders of all levels to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
  • As needed, actively participate in implementing change (ex. Creating reports, configuring solutions, Training & release documentation etc.).
  • Monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional (process, design, build, test) teams to deliver features and products.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders and product managers through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to align product design with roles.
  • Own the product backlog (Confluence and JIRA); continuously groom and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready to move into development.
  • Other activities that contribute to optimizing business process and the use of business solutions to meet company objectives.

What we will need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce product manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong Product Management skills
  • Agile methodology
  • Salesforce certified administrator would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in product management and basic maintenance of Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pardot would be advantageous.
  • Experience with data cleansing and data management.
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to create Salesforce release documentation related to build features in Word/Excel/Confluence/Notion etc.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • A sense of humor, and grace under pressure
