Reporting to the Director of R&D Operations, you will partner with R&D and Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders to champion operational excellence, cross-team collaboration, and an amazing customer experience.

About the job

This position is needed to drive operational excellence between our R&D and GTM organizations. This role will work on imperative initiatives to allow our GTM and R&D Twilions to work cohesively and unlock their best work.  

This role will be a trusted partner and go-to resource for GTM teams looking to work more efficiently with our R&D counterparts, and vice versa. This role will own initiative from inception to implementation and will be responsible for creating net new processes based on problem statements they’ve identified.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering and GTM leaders on improving customer focus in roadmap execution and communication rhythms 
• Drive implementation of plans and processes that increase software delivery productivity, as well as spearhead new product initiatives
• Own and drive KPIs across various GTM <> R&D Initiatives
• Refine processes to enable GTM field teams to work with Product and establish processes to help R&D teams triage customer issues
• Work with functional stakeholders in product, engineering, and GTM to define annual and quarterly objectives and continuously track them
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (legal, tax, policy, sales, support etc) across Twilio to ensure they are aligned on objectives for GTM <> R&D initiatives

Required:

• Skilled at blocking and tackling, managing projects end to end, protecting the teams while making sure they’re responsive to the needs of the business
• Ability to act as point of contact for cross-functional communication
• Have a strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle process management and/or have a technical program management background
• Open to learning from others, humble, willing to experiment and try new ways of working
• Ability to design, manage and implement processes at scale
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to deployment

Desired:

• Ideally has 3+ years of relevant experience 
• Previous experience in a Product operations role is a plus!
• Previous experience in a consulting, sales/customer facing role, or support role is a plus!

This role will be remote,and based out of Denver, Colorado.

• The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $109,280- $150,260 
• Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
