Proxy Product Owner (H/F)

We are going to launch our third squad: Payment/Banking!

With Alexandre, the Product Manager of the squad, we are looking for a proxy PO to reinforce our product team! You embody the Coinhouse product culture: our priority is our customers, our customers and our customers!

Come and help us diversify the investment portfolios of our customers and future customers!

This is what we need from you:

If you're not afraid of dusting off traditional finance, here are the missions we have to offer you:

- Define the Roadmap, in collaboration with the Tech & Product team 

- Write the User Stories, keep the backlog and prioritize the developments 

- Participate in UX workshops with Maxime, the UX designer to design the user journey

 - Monitor and analyze user behavior during the different phases of the phases of the product life cycle (analytics monitoring, UX workshop...)

 - Plan and follow the realization of the Sprints

 - Participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint review, retro, grooming, demo...)

 - Provide support and complement to the developers, and make sure that the good understanding of the developments to be made 

- Contribute to the documentation of the application

And Who are you?

- Willingness to research and self-study to keep your technical skills current in a highly complex environment.

 - Comfortable working in cross functional and multidisciplinary teams

 - Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment

 - Results oriented

 - An english speaker

 - Innovative and ability to think outside the box for creative problem solving

 - Previous experience is required asProxy Po or Product Owner (2 years at least)
