Job Description

You will be part of the Program Management team within the Product organization, and charged with  driving the cross-functional, quarterly roadmapping process. This role exists to ensure that the Product organization is in lock step, and requires coordinating Product and Engineering activities, disseminating company-wide updates, and leaning in wherever necessary to make sure the roadmap is completed on time. This role involves a deep understanding of stakeholder management, and  the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with passionate people intent on delivering valuable products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the quarterly roadmap planning process
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams or organizations
    • Develop a deep understanding of engineering team’s missions to effectively organize  roadmap meetings and projects
    • Think critically about ways to improve the existing processes
  • Own product roadmap communications
    • Develop weekly updates  and quarterly summaries to share company-wide
    • Prepare materials for weekly status meeting with product and engineering leadership
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to create the customer-facing roadmap that the field engineers use regularly
  • Help drive various product operations projects end-to end (eg. Field enablement, support processes, etc.)
  • Be a team player
    • Evangelize and uphold our cultural principles: be customer obsessed, be data-driven, team work makes the dream work, and own it.

Competencies / Requirements

  • 2+ years of full time work experience
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Experience leading update syncs (strong preference for Agile/Scrum/JIRA experience)
  • Listen well in order to drive stakeholder alignment to help reach the necessary decisions
  • You understand the benefits of moving quickly while paying attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial, "can do" attitude - ability and willingness to make an impact in a start-up
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities in the face of ambiguity
  • Experience with SQL, and building dashboards is a plus
  • Data and AI domain knowledge is a plus
