LinearB is looking for a Product UX Researcher & Designer who is passionate about delivering the best possible value and user experience to our customers and users. Working with product managers and designers, you will drive key design research activities as the first person in the company to do this kind of work.
You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel. Working in Hybrid model.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert and a strong team player with innovative thinking and the ability to ramp up on new technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct primary and secondary user research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Perform usability studies with users (remote and on-site).
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of UX research experience and UX design
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating and iteration
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- Experience with remote testing tools
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
- Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
