Product Owner

As a Product Owner on the Application, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, ensuring their successful delivery, and enhancing the Withings app experience. You will act as a bridge between Product Management and Development teams, aligning app functionalities with user needs and business objectives while driving innovation and delivering value to millions of users.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with PMs to define and maintain the delivery and release plan
• Ensure specifications are ready for smooth delivery preparation
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with the product strategy and user needs
• Work closely with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, address constraints, and set project priorities
• Lead and monitor development progress, ensuring effective sprint rituals and related meetings
• Oversee the delivery of features and manage their successful deployment to production
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure production efficiency and continuous improvement
• Guarantee product quality, maintain proper documentation, and uphold best practices
• Foster clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
• Uphold Agile principles and contribute to optimizing Product and development team processes

Requirements

• You have a first successful experience as a Product Owner
• You are proficient in JIRA and Notion tools.
• You understand the challenges and technical constraints of mobile apps
• You are passionate about innovative products and have a keen interest in connected health topics
• You are organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to work effectively across different departments.
