Platform product is here to deliver a common pipeline and managed services permitting to “switch production” as a service center approach, providing a unique and trustable way for the development team to easily run code in any environment. Massively built around automation, CI/CD, container and orchestrator technology, the product allows our micro-services oriented product teams to quickly and seamlessly push to production their code bases.

It also provides a framework for authentication and authorization betweens all the products APIs as well as a common way to authenticate and provision the correct rights of our users (in the business as well as in our IT teams).

Product Vision

With your team and stakeholders, you co-construct and co-pilot the vision of the whole production Platform of Veepee and its subsidiaries.
With the help of our architects and technical leads, you drive the implementation of the production pipeline of all the products of Veepee, effectively reducing the “Time to Production” of our codebase.
In collaboration with our infrastructure and network Team, you co-design and co-pilot an efficient strategy to run on-premise capacity the execution environment of all Veepee Products.
You are in charge of leading the product agile rituals and ensuring efficient communication with your stakeholders.
With your Lead Developer, you ensure the team is functioning and that everyone is committed to a regular delivery rate.

Operational Management

You translate the product vision into concrete evolutions and set their prioritization, in collaboration with your stakeholders (Tech, according to business value
You are responsible for the definition of sprints and the release management of your team.
You are writing user stories, you are monitoring the progress of the tasks, and ensure at all times that members of your team have all the necessary elements to respect the team engagement for each sprint, on time, on quality and on budget.

Analysis

With the help of the business, you will evaluate an a priori analysis of the ROI of functional evolutions brought to your product.
You will also deliver a posteriori reporting on the evolution brought to your product..

Product Expertise

You have significant knowledge of code production pipelines and managed services offers
You are comfortable with the architecture needed to support such solutions and make them consumable in the practice.
You have an interest in DevOps and the most efficient ways to push code into production.
You keep yourself up to date with best practices and you know how to use them to propose innovative solutions for Veepee Group.

Profile and skills:

You have 5+ years of experience, mainly as Tech Leader or product ManagerYou already have experience in development, critical production systems and business management.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working as a team in an agile environment.
You are a leader of change and you don’t hesitate to challenge the processes and working methods.
You are passionate and result-oriented.“User experience” is not an empty word to youYou have a solid understanding of how an API works.
You understand the math of how the algorithms work.
You understand the importance and the dynamics of AB tests, and you are data-driven.
You are proactive, organized, and independent: you know how to make things happen and you have convictions.
You have impeccable writing ability and enjoy speaking in public in English.
