How is Tech organized at PerfectStay?
We are organized in Product Squads to meet the needs of the different business lines of the company.
To date, there are 4 teams:
- Marketing: evolutions of our websites, CRM tools, acquisition and sales animation
- Tour operating: hotel selection, manufacturing of the offer, management and distribution API
- Operations / Finance: after-sales for managing customer or supplier changes and accounting
- Data: reporting, benchmarking, smart features
Each squad is composed of a Product Owner / Team Lead pair and developers.
The Product at PerfectStay
As an essential component of the company's performance, the product has been the object of particular attention since the first days of PerfectStay.
The initial qualities of the product : mobile first, inspirational, agility, remain our fundamental pillars. We improve them in an iterative way on both technical and functional aspects.
Your daily routine at PerfectStay
In close collaboration with the Product Manager Front Marketing, you will interact with a variety of interlocutors (Product Owner from other teams, UX Manager, Marketing Team, Developers) in order to deliver value on the products in your scope :
- Our front-end products: Air France Collection, Transavia Holidays, Emirates Holidays, Amex Travel Club
- Administration tools: merchandising, media, setup, promocode, ...
- Services: sponsorship, smart features, payment methods, ...
To do this, your main missions are:
- Identification of business needs and user issues in the product backlog,
- Writing the User Stories corresponding to these needs
- Prioritization of the US according to the business value, the effort of realization and the technical / functional knowledge
- Acceptance of the US according to the criteria defined upstream
- Definition of Sprint objectives, preparation and animation of agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement)
- Manage a stock of US in order to always be able to supply the development teams.
