Core Responsibilities
- Product & Market Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle across mobile, PC, and console titles from concept to global release and beyond. Stay ahead of industry trends and regional differences, especially in Korea, to shape feature sets, monetization, and engagement strategies that align with audience expectations and behaviors.
- Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and communicate clear product visions and long-term strategies across platforms. Create and manage detailed roadmaps that align with business goals and regional opportunities, especially in Korea, where player preferences, platform dynamics, and cultural context significantly shape product success.
- Cross-functional Team Management: Build and guide cross-platform development teams (design, engineering, marketing, UA, data science), ensuring smooth collaboration, fast iteration, and a shared focus on KPIs. Support team growth through mentorship, feedback, and process refinement.
- Player-Centric & Data-Driven Thinking: Use a combination of quantitative data (retention, ARPU, LTV) and qualitative insights (user testing, community feedback) to drive product decisions. Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and pivot when needed to achieve measurable results.
- Regional & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and external studios. Act as the voice of the player — especially in culturally nuanced markets like Korea balancing business, design, and ethical considerations in monetization and engagement practices.
