📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
- Today we're looking for a Product Owner who will join our Flash sales negotiation management team which the main stakeholders are sourcing team & our main users the Sales analyst & support that are in In charge of building, analyzing & negotiating offer received from the brand to ensure good attractivity of the sale and is a key contact to supplier. Flash sales negotiation team has 4 diverse products:
- TNT ( The negotiation tool) : Tool to support the SAS on the analysis of the offer & to manage all the negotiation phases & centralize their core negotiation process in one single tool. (new stock & reinjection of our internal stock)
- Entities : Brand offer / stock reservation & Member offer “A New Way” of Storing & Processing Stock Data, throughout its E2E Lifecycle. Key & central on the new target tool chain as it will contribute to decommissioned legacy systems and to bring to the company a better traceability & rotation of our internal stock.
- TR Generator : This service gathers data from various sources in order to inject them in our systems.
- BOOST (Legacy - Maintenance) : Tool used by the CODA (coordinator data) to standardize product data , identify the rerun and retrieve historical negotiation data of each rerun product. This tool will be decommissioned once the target tool (SCALIA) will reach 100% of coverage.
🎯 TASKS
- Maintain the defined strategy and the vision for the product from a business perspective.
- Translate the business needs & vision into concrete technical solutions together with your team.
- You work in a collaborative, and agile way of working, inside the product and with business teams;
- Define the roadmap and the objectives of the product according to the company’s objectives, and you are able at any time to measure the performance and the achievement of the team;
- You write user stories, monitor the progress of the tasks, and ensure at all times that members of your team have all the necessary elements to respect the product engagement on time, on quality, and on budget.
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
- Roadmap vision and planning;
- Strong Decision-Making and willingness to challenge
- Problem-Solving skills
- Stakeholder Management: Handle request, document, give status updates and demo present the deployment plan & deliverables.
- Experience managing the product backlog and prioritizing;
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology;
- Ability to work across teams;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Fluent in English.
👉 NICE TO HAVE skills
- Knowledge of JIRA tool;
- Knowledge of analytic tools / KPI monitoring;
- Understanding of technical requirements and user design principles;
- Understanding the correct level of testing.
