Product Owner F/H

The team:

PANDA (Performance Dashboard) team is helping end-users derive more value out of Adevinta’s Marketplaces. More specifically, we provide near real-time statistics, recommendations, and automation solutions.Our goal is to make Adevinta’s marketplaces, the most efficient and easy place to sell goods.As a Product Owner you will be essential in scaling up our solution to more Marketplaces across the world.You will drive product development of product within a cross-functional team following Agile principles and ensuring that we are building a product that brings value using an experimentation driven approach. You will challenge and prioritise approaches to solving some of the toughest sellers problems in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:

• Own the backlog of a cross-functional team, ensure that it is prioritised to maximise value for the customer and business needs
• Be the central hub between with external and internal stakeholders
• Define or refine user stories with a clear definition of ready and verify done
• Clarify product requirements and user behaviours questions from the team
• Works closely and communicate with the team to achieve goals
• Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
• Validate new product development
• Ensure the product vision is understood across the entire team
• Ability to efficiently and effectively say no to feature requests

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the industry, experience in the e-commerce prefered
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with different profiles: engineers, data scientists, analysts, various stakeholders distributed across several locations
• Ability to ask the right questions to get answers to enable building a great product
• Genuine interest in enabling the team be more efficient
