📋 Context

Within the Via partners domain, which is dedicated to the leads acquisition via API, you are responsible for the smooth delivery of 3 Product Teams regrouping business actors, Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Support Engineers.

You will work on amazing projects on both credit and payment as a service with famous companies as partners (Apple, Microsoft, Orange Bank, Bouygues telecom etc).

You will be in the driving seat of the creation of new high value business products that have the aim to revolutionize the finance world of tomorrow!

Talking about your future products, you will:

• Supervise all the flows for:

- The Younited pay solution which allows our partners to propose split payment for their customers

- The Younited custom platform used by our partners to provide a credit experience to their customers

- The Leadin API which allows comparators and emulators to send leads to younited

• Have to leverage to the best our technical capabilities with our partners

• Have to maintain an excellent level of service through activity monitoring

Your responsibilities :

Analyse and strive to optimise the delivery of the Product Teams that make up the domain : drive the scheduling and management of dependencies between the teams and make sure that sufficient resources have been attributed at the relevant moment
Build and maintain the overall roadmap of your products in collaboration with the rest of the roadmap team
Produce and monitor the KPI linked to the delivery of the Via Partners Domain
Organise cross-Younit demos in order to present new features or projects
Keep a focus on the « Product vision » and share this vision, including within Younited’s strategic projects
Actively and enthusiastically participate in our weekly Product Owner Community sessions
Actively and enthusiastically participate in the animation of the domain life (weekly meetings, special events with all the tech members of the domain etc)
Manage the Product Owners of the Younits within the Via Partners Domain

- Coach them on best practices

- Help to construct their career paths

- Assist them in finding their own solutions to the challenges encountered

- Be an ambassador for Younited’s values

- Participate in the recrutement of new POs for the domain

You have a master's degree from an Engineering or Business School (specialised in Project Management) or a university equivalent
It has been at least 10 years since you have left the school benches behind you, but you have been flourishing in similar jobs since then (Product Owner, Application Manager, Project Manager in an agile working environment, etc)
You have worked on B2B projects or Software As A Services (SaaS) solutions
You like being in contact and interacting with different people, even the most demanding of them
You like creating and imagining original solutions to complex problems
You are interested in the financial world
