Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Product Owner to be mainly focused on our Credit products.

At Lydia, we want to build features and products which make complex things easier. This was Lydia’s first intention when it decided to make bank transfers easy and instant. This DNA remains the same while the mission of the company has evolved and has become much broader: Lydia is now providing a vast range of financial services to ease every single money-related action of our lives. 


Credit
From our vast range of financial services, we for sure provide credit products to our users. Credit is essential to claim Lydia as a main current account and our goal is to cover 4 main use cases:


  • I want to know what my credit capacity is, in case I need money one day. Easy and playful experience for the curious in order to onboard them in Credit
  • I did a large purchase and I want to split it with a maturity of my choice (3, 4, 6, 12 months)
  • I am about to pay something but I don’t have enough money (or I don’t want to potentially lose money by taking money from my Life insurance or other investment) so I want to do an express loan from 100€ et 3000€
  • I want to use my Lydia card with the “Credit Line” feature activated to automatically spread my purchase over time. What we call the famous “Buy Now Pay Later”
  • Credit tools represent our 2nd most important source of revenues today and we are still nothing in today's large credit market. One of our missions and potentially yours is to see the Lydia app listed in the “Top 5 of credit tools” from any consumer websites (among Cetelem, Younited Credit, Sofinco…)

    As part of the Product Team, you will work on a dedicated scope of features and with many teams of the company (data, legal, marketing, tech, operations…) to improve the value brought to users by your features.


    What you will do:

  • Understand users via market analysis, user interviews, behavioral analytics, and collaboration with the Customer Care and Sales teams
  • Understand the competitive landscape of your feature
  • Monitor features’ performance and user-friendliness using analytics
  • Frame product evolutions and improvements, along with a Product Designer and a Technical Product Manager
  • Write User Stories and present them to the squad
  • Follow-up the technical implementation of your product evolutions
  • Test your features and iterate
  • Create and maintain the documentation on your features
  • Communicate internally about your features, their evolutions and the product vision they carry
  • Ensure that your features are properly communicated to users, along with the CRM and Marketing team
  • Take part in the roadmap definition
