Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our travel management software suite, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and ensuring that our products align with the needs of our B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.

• Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.

• Work closely with the development team during the agile development process, providing clarifications and making timely decisions.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in our product offerings.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an agile development environment.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or features from concept to launch.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.

• Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel management processes is a plus.
