We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our travel management software suite, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and ensuring that our products align with the needs of our B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Work closely with the development team during the agile development process, providing clarifications and making timely decisions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in our product offerings.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an agile development environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or features from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.
Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with travel management processes is a plus.
