Product Owner

Audience Republic is an all-in-one marketing platform for events. Our customers are some of the largest (physical & virtual) events in the world — featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, Flume, Marshmello.

We are fast growing technology startup in B2B SaaS, and have raised $3.3M from investors. Our team is based across Sydney, Los Angeles, London and Taiwan.

? What will you do?

• Plan & drive sprints; Prioritise new features and bug fixes based on business and customer requirements

• Work with Engineering & Design to manage the implementation of new features & products, to ensure they are delivered on brief, on time and within budget

• Work with our engineers on delivery, and communicate progress to internal stakeholders

• Responsible for managing our product roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Clearly define and communicate product requirements, by writing requirements documentation, user stories, use cases & creating cards

• Assist with the development of new features and products

• Become an expert in customer needs; have an in-depth understanding of customer business requirements and needs

• Be an expert on the Audience Republic platform and our business strategy

• Optimise user flows for signup, on-boarding, activation & up-sell

• Work on strategies to increase daily active usage

✅ You are someone who

• 2+ years experience as a product owner for b2b SaaS company

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for doing data analysis

• Process-oriented and able to deal confidently with unclear or changing situations

• Excellent communication and listening skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
