About the job

This position is needed to deliver world-class AI/ML solutions that power and scale our Global Operations organization at Twilio.

As a Product Owner - AI/ML within Twilio’s Automation PMO team, you will lead the delivery of automation solutions across key areas like Onboarding & Compliance, Customer Support Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Services, and Supply Operations. You will take ownership of operational improvement projects, defining strategic roadmaps that enhance efficiency and scalability. By working closely with Operations leaders, Data Science and Engineering teams, you will drive data-backed decisions and deliver transformative AI/ML solutions that are integral to our automation strategy. This role is ideal for a Product Owner with a passion for AI/ML who enjoys partnering across teams to implement impactful and transformative technology.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Maintain and prioritize a strategic product roadmap, balancing product increments with ongoing learning and adaptation, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders and broader organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of AI/ML-powered solutions by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that drive business outcomes and provide measurable value.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align business and technical requirements and priorities, ensuring AI/ML concepts are translated into actionable goals that support both short-term objectives and long-term vision. 
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to define success metrics, set KPIs, and continuously iterate on product features to optimize AI/ML initiatives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including defining product backlogs, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering scalable and user-centric solutions.

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and deliver complex projects autonomously
  • Strong understanding of automation strategies and technologies, with a focus on generative AI and machine learning applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and align with diverse stakeholders.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results through collaboration, a Bar Raiser when it comes to influencing without authority to gain commitment on deliverables
  • Experience kicking off new programs from initiation and creating new templates and guidance, as needed

Desired:

  • CSPO, or another Product Owner certification
  • Experience in fast-paced operations or PMO team in a software company

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Colombia. 

Travel
