About the role

Data & Analytics is a first-class citizen of the SuperCore™ platform, designed from the earliest stages to be tightly integrated with the data infrastructure implemented by all the core services. This means, as Technical Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop an innovative system unlike anything else in the industry. You will be working on improving the capabilities of our data platform and providing value to our clients. From exposing data to clients through data visualisation user interfaces to engineering our real-time event streaming functionality to support a multitude of unique and market leading customer experiences.

This role will be tasked with exploring, selecting, and delivering the best solutions to our major data challenges – whether third party or home-grown. This will span the whole realm of data and analytics from data cataloguing and tagging to real time event ingestion and query execution.

Your days will consist of:

• Collaborating across multiple feature teams, product peers and principal engineers
• Supporting the design of the data roadmap and owning the delivery on your assigned journey’s, features, and epics
• Driving the management of the product backlog, gathering requirements and refining into the development team
• Actively supporting any cross-team dependencies through to delivery

Requirements

About you

• You have a proven track record in product ownership, or as a scrum master in an Agile team – preferably in financial services
• You are comfortable immersing yourself in technical detail
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are highly experienced in requirement elicitation, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and of Agile delivery and core Agile ceremonies
• You should enjoy delivering projects from end-to-end, working across multiple stakeholders to synthesise and prioritise requirements, identifying the best solution and overseeing its implementation
