Product Ops Lead - DICE

We’re looking for a Product Operations Lead to ensure our Product team is functioning as effectively as possible as we scale.

About the role

The product team is growing quickly, both in terms of people & the products we’re building. We’d really benefit from someone who can enable the team to continue performing effectively as we scale. You’ll be working closely with product managers & engineers to allow us to deliver on the ambitious roadmap that we have.

You’ll be

• Putting in place & enforcing processes to allow product & engineering teams to work as efficiently as possible (e.g. automating tasks)
• Maintaining templates, guidelines and resources that allow other teams to work effectively with product & engineering
• Enabling us to efficiently grow the team to achieve our roadmap objectives
• Making sure product squads can continue to work effectively with one another as the team & dependencies grow
• Ensuring new starters are up to speed with the product & how we work
• Helping to manage product & engineering budgets
• Unblocking product & engineering teams when it comes to tools, documentation, processes & expenses

You’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in a product operations capacity
• Experience working in a product & engineering team that has scaled successfully
• A good knowledge of Jira & Notion
