Product Operations Director

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Product Operations Director. In this role, you will help our product organization grow in a fast and efficient way to support Snyk’s hyper-growth. Additionally, in thIs role, you will help strengthen the connective tissue between our R&D teams - like Labs, Product, and Engineering, our user facing teams - like sales, marketing and customer success, and our internal support functions - like strategy & operations, finance & legal, and HR functions. The key stakeholder for this role will be Snyk’s Chief Product Officer. The position will report to Snyk’s VP of Strategy & Operations. The Strategy & Operations team’s mission is to support Synk’s Leadership team in driving hyper-growth by enabling: 1) good, efficient decision making; 2) rapid, effective execution; and 3) scale.

You’ll spend your time:

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing product and customer usage data to help product management and executive leadership make informed decisions
• Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization
• Documenting, standardizing, scaling product management specific processes, such as roadmap planning, feature requirements, and retrospectives, and business processes, such as planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Facilitating product feedback review and planning meetings
• Identifying, prioritizing and solving operational challenges to improve productivity
• Developing and maintaining a continuing education program for product managers, researching and organising information on product management best practices

We’d especially love to hear from you if: 

• Have Bachelor’s degree
• Have management consulting experience
• Have product operations experience in agile SaaS companies
• Are proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint 
• Are a self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Are an exceptional problem solver, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
