Product Operations Tester

We’re looking for a Product Operations Tester focused on product testing to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?

What You'll Do

In this role you’ll play a critical role in our product delivery process by ensuring that our clinical research products are validated, stable, and meet user and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for determining test coverage, writing test cases, creating test data, and performing ad-hoc testing. You’ll be joining a team of 8 collaborative people reporting to our Director of Product Operations and will work closely with other cross-functional team members in Product Management and Software Engineering.

• Learn and maintain the existing BDD test suite (Cucumber and Selenium).
• Work with engineering and other product specialists to learn new product features.
• Determine correct test coverage and scenarios to fully test new features.
• Write all applicable test scenarios and create associated test data.
• Collaborate with Test Engineers on automation and execution of test cases.

Who You Are

You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you’re a creative thinker with 3+ years in a similar or related software testing role.

• Experience writing and maintaining test cases.
• Experience with Cucumber or other BDD testing languages.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Self-learner with strong technical aptitude and curiosity
• Ability to multi-task and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities

Extra credit 

• Experience working with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or other related clinical research systems.
