Product Operations Team Lead

LiveRamp TV Measurement is looking for a motivated, expertly organized, and supremely thorough Product Operations Team Lead. The Product Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of product operations specialists through high performance coaching and lead-by-example business operations. This person will lead a team critical to the day-to-day operations of the LiveRamp measurement business and will have a direct impact on the future of LiveRamp measurement services.

You will:

  • Lead a team of Product Operations Specialists focused on coaching others, technical problem solving, and increasing the team’s operational efficiency
  • Become a product expert and help guide measurement studies from ideation through successful delivery
  • Balance incoming product operations requests from sales, customers, and internal stakeholders and apply your critical thinking skills to set direction for those that depend upon your guidance.
  • Be a force for positive change on the LiveRamp measurement business growth
  • Use your experienced data insight skills to evaluate measurement components ranging from raw logs to sophisticated model data in order to deliver the highest quality result to LiveRamp customers
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partner contacts in order to achieve a reputation of consistent & timely delivery of project milestones

Your team will:

Be the center point between customer success, customer solutions, data analysts, and product management. Ultimately responsible for constructing the measurement studies through extensively applied technical skills and a deep comprehension of customer objectives, source data, and model capabilities.

About you:

  • In-depth experience with SQL, Python (pandas, pyspark) and/or other similar technologies
  • Applied experience leading technical or operationally oriented teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to internal and external stakeholders
  • A strategic/creative thinker and problem solver who uses facts, data, and story-telling to support reasoning
  • Able to lead others through ambiguous situations
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated people leadership (direct or indirect)
  • 2+ years of advertising experience (operations or engineering-related functions preferred)
  • 4+ years of professional customer-facing and operational or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on involvement with preparing and/or interpreting data analytics; advertising data experience a significant plus
  • Functional knowledge of site tag managers (eg. GTM, Adobe, Tealium)
  • Functional knowledge of digital advertising (eg. IAB standard events, VAST, SSAI)
  • Functional knowledge of linear TV advertising (eg. buying rhythms, programmer operations)
  • Experience with advertising attribution or measurement
