Responsibilities

  • Product Planning & Strategy:
  • Be responsible for the planning, design, and innovation of the exchange's structured product line, developing the product roadmap.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor movements, and user needs, accurately determining product launch timing and pricing strategies.
  • Define core product metrics (AUM, Revenue, User Growth, Repurchase Rate, etc.), and drive product iteration and operational strategies through continuous monitoring and analysis of data.

  • Product Design & Execution:
  • Be responsible for the planning, design, and innovation of the exchange's structured product line, developing the product roadmap.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor movements, and user needs, accurately determining product launch timing and pricing strategies.
  • Define core product metrics (AUM, Revenue, User Growth, Repurchase Rate, etc.), and drive product iteration and operational strategies through continuous monitoring and analysis of data.

  • Operational Support & Growth Driving:
  • Deeply support the operations team by providing comprehensive solutions for product launch, promotion, and user education, including but not limited to selling point refinement, copywriting, tutorial creation, and campaign planning.
  • Analyze product sales data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and issues, proposing effective operational strategies (e.g., targeted pushes for different user tiers).
  • Monitor product performance; coordinate with operations and risk teams to develop response strategies for extreme market conditions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Act as the key interface for the product line, effectively coordinating multiple teams including Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to ensure a smooth process from design, launch, to post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate complex financial products into easily understandable content for communication, enhancing product visibility and appeal.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial products, wealth management products, or internet operational product management.
  • Experience in digital currency structured products, traditional bank/securities wealth management products, or derivatives is highly preferred.
  • Priority given to those who have designed or led well-known wealth management products from 0 to 1 with proven successful results.

  • Skills:
  • Strong interest in financial markets; understanding of basic macroeconomic indicators and concepts such as interest rates and volatility.
  • Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficiency in using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau for data extraction and analysis.
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
  • Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features.

  • Attributes:
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for business growth and product revenue.
  • Strong learning ability and initiative, able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced cryptocurrency industry.

  • Bonus Points:
  • Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • An active deep user of cryptocurrencies with a good understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols.
  • Possession of financial certifications such as CFA, FRM.
