We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and empathetic person to help our product team assess and prioritize product issues, diagnose trends and root causes, and advocate for product enhancements. This person will become an expert in our product and ensure cross functional partners are up to date with the latest developments, and always looking for opportunities to improve our processes.
What you will do
- Become an expert in our product and able to assess and prioritize product issues
- Identify product quality trends and root causes with the support of cross functional teams
- Ensure open cross functional collaboration and communication between product, engineering, design, operations, and all other relevant functions
- Advocate for, and drive, product and process improvements
- Manage product management tooling and workflows
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience, with 2+ years of experience in product operation or technical support
- Ability to dive into technical problems and clearly communicate cross functionally, in a remote first environment
- Self driven to learn new things and adapt in a rapidly growing startup
- Excited to make quality healthcare understandable, accessible, and affordable
- Experience using product tools including Jira and surveysparrow.
- Experience measuring and roadmapping tools,
- Preferred: understanding of healthcare and health insurance
