This role is based out of the New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Mid-Market Sales team for any troubleshooting issues
- Work with engineering and product managers to identify bugs and test new ad products
- Work alongside solutions engineers to create and launch new dashboards
- Collaborate with multiple teams (sales, product marketing, brand strategy, ads engineers, product) to ensure smooth launch for custom campaigns
- Work closely with the ads measurement team to test and certify new vendors/partnerships
- Have a foundational knowledge of ad serving and ad technology
Required Qualifications:
- BA / BS degree
- Min. 3 years experience in ad operations
- Experience working with Mid-Market Sales teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and high attention to detail
- Adept written and oral communication skills
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising and marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SQL
- Working knowledge of Javascript
- Experience with a data management platform (ex. Mode, Tableau, Looker, Sense)
- Experience working with debugging tools (ex. Charles)
