Product Operations Specialist job at Dapper

Working in the Financial Productions organization, you will play a pivotal role in working with all the major dApps that together with Dapper is defining Web3 entertainment.

You will be responsible for mission critical operational aspects of areas central to our success, including liaising with dApps building products revolving around the trading, lending of fungible and non-fungible tokens on Flow.

You will also be in contact with third parties that rely on Flow for their essential business needs, including fiat onramps and exchanges.

What we’ll accomplish together:

Put together and execute plans for the launch of new and innovative financial products, including:
Coordination with all external stakeholders: dApps, exchanges, custodians, OTC desks etc.
Coordination with internal stakeholders: Legal, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
Oversee multiple business critical projects at once and ensure communication is fluid and blind spots are covered.
Drive improvement in existing processes and rigorously iterate upon mechanisms that allow for operational components to move effortlessly.
Take charge of important CEX and DEX onboarding and partnerships conversations and drive activity forward in a clear and project oriented manner aligned to objectives.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the trading primitives on the Flow blockchain: create and lead trainings, liaise with marketing to maximize reach and impact.
Keep the community informed on progress made on the products in your portfolio: create FAQs that are informative for your respective audiences.
Stay informed on other products built on other chains and make recommendations to the executive team as to their importance and significance in the space.

A little about you:

Deep familiarity and knowledge or direct experience in the dApp ecosystem.
Operational expertise in areas of project management where you were the DRI.
An educational background in Finance, Business or related fields.
Analytical ability and experience building decks, presentations and comms to support a market thesis.
