About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, startup savvy and experienced Product Operations Specialist to become our first ProdOps team member. You’ll be sitting at the intersection of Product, Operations, & Customer Experience, the Product Operations team is responsible for helping to connect all teams who are responsible for building our product and providing value to our customers. The Product Operations team is crucial in helping drive efficiencies across the organization while keeping the focus of the customer at the center of the vision.

As a member of the Product Operations team, you will provide the voice of the user (practices, Doctors, and internal teams) on all things related to product and engineering while streamlining critical and routine tasks and services. 

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Product Managers and Engineers to test, improve and manage our products and services ensuring feedback is always flowing and features are operating as expected
• Develop and maintain process and tools, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides, coaching and enabling internal teams to run efficient operations
• Facilitate and triage day-to-day system escalations to ensure products are operating as expected and bugs are being resolved and appropriately prioritized
• Partner cross-functionally to help manage the roll out of new products and features with an eye for our growing Customer Service and post sales Org
• Influence key decision makers with data driven hypothesis to enhance product and user experience
• Practice data-driven decision making and identify operational bottlenecks and areas of improvement
• Work cross functionally with the central ops and systems team to ensure process and metrics are captured
• Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvement based on insights and learnings

What We're Looking For 

• Experienced Product Operations Specialist
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CX or eng-related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years startup experience
• Excellent working knowledge of internal and vendor systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, you like working across an organization
• Strong bias towards actions and delivering results
