Product Operations Senior Analyst

The vision of the Product Operations team is to build the best Product team in Europe by 1) enabling product teams to maximize their impact 2) driving operational excellence through best-in class product development processes and tools 3) organizing product knowledge 4) growing the teams' talent and engagement.

Your mission

As part of the Talent and Engagement stream, working hand in hand with the Product leadership and people teams, you will be responsible to drive the product teams’ growth and engagement. Your main responsibility will include

• Product teams performance & growth management

• Develop, maintain and challenge the Product competency frameworks for the product management, design & data organizations
• Identify and build different career paths for Product people in coordination with People teams (e.g. job profiles)
• Calibrate individuals’ performance, measure our organization performance health 
• Support compensation reviews & compensation band management

• Onboarding Program and continuous program management

• Take the lead on the strategy and execution of the onboarding program of members of the Product organization (40+ new joiners in 2022)

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (developers, product managers, data analysts) to define and implement an ambitious curriculum
• Coordinate our strategy around learning tools and platforms, to ensure we deliver the most useful content in the best format
• Maintain an ambitious training plan for product managers and other product functions, by helping them identify gaps based on the carreer path and build the best resources
• Coordinate with our People team to evangelize our various training programs and make them a success within Product teams

• Product staffing plan management

• Ensure operational excellence on the Product staffing plan
• Collaborate with Tech, Finance & People teams to take all staffing factors into account
• Manage internal mobilities, especially our APM program
• Drive and share insights from key staffing figures (e.g. team completion)

• Team engagement

• Coordinate and optimize our Product Rituals as well as some Product & Tech rituals (e.g. Monthly All-Hands) 
• Define and build engagement programs for Product teams based on the feedback collected through our tool (Peakon)

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if:

• You have 5+ years of experience People & Organizational topics, preferably in a consulting firm
• You are familiar with Product & Tech organizational structures and roles
• You are interested in people growth and talent topics
• You are recognized for your professional efficiency and ability to structure
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
• You have experience in project management and a strong analytical mindset
• You are comfortable working on multiple projects with several teams at once
• You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local
• You recognize yourself in our SCALES values 
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector
• You are fluent in English. Native speaker in French or German is a plus
