We are looking for a Product Operations Program Manager to help build community and cultivate a sense of belonging for our world-class product team. This role reports to the Senior Product Operations Manager and will run multiple high-impact workstreams within the Product organization. You Will...

• Independently coordinate and support multiple product operations workstreams, working closely with product team members and cross-functional partners to get results
• Build community within the team by planning offsite events and helping facilitate team meetings
• Administer key tools and processes related to research, analytics, hiring, and onboarding
• Help identify process and tooling improvement opportunities and partner with the team to implement them
• Assist with project and task documentation, prioritization, tracking, and reporting

• Project management experience. You have experience creating and maintaining project plans and timelines for projects big and small alike.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
• A Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager/coordinator in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
