Job Description

This is an opportunity to help us re-imagine financial services and how we deliver best in class products, services and experiences for our customers and staff. 

The role is the intersection and interface between product, program management and partnership operations and optimisation. You’ll design key operational processes and procedures with the objective of quickly launching in the market while building scalability at the heart of what we do.

You will own key operational and senior management relationships with our Partners across business development, technology domains and regulatory engagements. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, internally and externally driving deals and projects and providing insight multiple ‘moves’ ahead of where we are.You will have the ability to understand the big picture and quickly drill into the detail that matters - going from strategy through to execution and operation. You will support our team’s decision-making processes, test hypotheses and remove ambiguity through structured and logical analyses. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operating Model 
- Build processes and procedures to deliver products and services efficiently and effectively tothemarket 
- Assessment of industry and regulatory requirements and their impacts on the operating model 
- Configuration of operations tools and platforms to implement designed processes and procedures
- Own and drive operational and product team usage of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
-Manage and maintain the configuration, operation, and optimisation of HubSpot's Service Hub and Operations Hub modules.
- Design, implement, and manage HubSpot workflows to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within HubSpot, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customise HubSpot features and ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.

Product Management Support
- Product feature roadmapping support which includes research and review of the product and service landscape locally and internationally.
- Project management support in scheduling, dependency identification and progress monitoring

Product Implementation
- Supporting the implementation of product and their enablement processes throughout the organisation 
- You will be comfortable working in large, complex projects and driving project management activities - in particularly, you will be comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders, deadlines and de-risking project critical paths
- You will have operationalisation at the forefront of your considerations with a view to embedding process and capability into 1st line teams.

Qualifications and experience
- Worked in fast-moving businesses and the ability to pivot approaches quickly to get to answers
- Comfortable with quantitative analysis/statistics and must have strong Excel/data modelling skills
- Have an eye for detail and can ‘drill-in’ to minutia but are able to synthesize information
- Can effectively prioritise work to drive outcomes 
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Proven experience in managing and configuring HubSpot Service Hub and Operations Hub is a bonus.
- Expertise in designing and optimising workflows, including complex automation processes.
