Product Operations Manager

As a Product Operations Manager, you help ensure that we:

As a Product Operations Manager at Wistia, your success will be measured by:

• Operational excellence — You’ll help us make sure we’re working not just hard, but smart! This centers around supporting and defining our agile operating model, but also includes process with our customer facing teams like Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. Especially when we’re working on new cross-functional projects that need an operating model to start.
• Product Launches — We’re building a lot and shipping it quickly. You’ll work with the Product Managers and Product Marketers to help manage not just individual updates, but all updates coming from various PMs.
• Tech Stack Owner — To help make things easier for others, you’ll oversee the majority of the Product tech stack to help the operational success across PDE. This includes maintaining them, evolving them to fit our needs as we grow, and being the point of contact for others. Some of our software includes: Asana, Pendo, Enjoy HQ,
• Driving the voice of the customer — While Product Managers are responsible for running with and iterating off of customer feedback, they need your help to collect it and ensure the voice of the customer is shared from field teams to Product.
• Data for all — You’ll work closely with our BI team to help drive a data-centric culture in Product via our organizational data tools. Beyond that, you’ll drive how we get product analytics from Pendo, what data the team needs, and how we review our goals.
• Educational focus — We want to make sure information is always clear and accessible to the team, and compiled in a way that supports onboarding of new hires. You’ll help craft new documents to reflect our product strategy, goals, and operating model, all of which aim to help the team get the info they need.
• Moving fast and feeling positive — You enjoy working on new opportunities that can sometimes be ambiguous. We’ve got a lot of learning to do, so our teams need to be nimble and have a great time doing it. We don’t play the blame game.

Location/Remote Opportunities
We have a beautiful office in Cambridge, MA, but we’re all working remotely (all 100+ of us) right now. Permanently remote applicants will be considered, but we’ll give priority to local applicants, those willing to relocate, and those within 3 hours of EST.
