ABOUT THE TEAM

The Equities product team strives to remove the barriers to access investment products for all Europeans. For this, we are creating the investing experience of the future. We are responsible for scaling the trading platform, building new savings and investing features and providing the best possible asset offering to all Trade Republic customers throughout Europe.

As a Product Operations Manager for Trading and Settlement, you will play a vital role in this mission. You will help us manage and develop crucial interfaces between Trade Republic and our core trading partners. You will work very closely with our trading and infrastructure engineering teams to drive new initiatives that enable our platform to scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own the trading platform & settlement infrastructure domain from a product operations perspective

• ​​Partner with product managers, product operations managers and engineering managers to build a deep understanding of how incoming requests from our trading and settlement infrastructure partners map to our roadmap 

• Serve as the central point of contact for our trading and settlement partners as well as internal stakeholders

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes for scale that help our product and engineering team meet and exceed goals more efficiently and effectively

• Own and drive the metrics for your domain area, and ensure that metrics are visible to all stakeholders taking action that continuously improves our performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, product management or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry (ideally brokerage)

• An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be a problem solver, thrive in ambiguity, and be enthusiastic to get the work done

• Structured thinking and clear communication style, both verbal and written

• Experience creating and iterating technical product roadmaps as well as shipping complex technical products

• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoke
