Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to streamline product work across Stream.

With a global remote presence and offices in Amsterdam (NL) and Boulder, CO (US), Stream is a global technical startup represented by over 35 nationalities.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Europe or onsite at our office in Amsterdam.

What will you be doing

As Product Operations Manager, your mission is to accelerate the product organization efficiently, effectively and consistently. You will be working closely with the product team and across all departments by streamlining product enablement and go-to-market activities and helping managing cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Streamline product enablement and go-to-market
• Create standards and best practices to develop effective product management
• Facilitating consistent customer and market research
• Select and standardize product tools
• Drive understanding and communication of Product key metrics
• Manage cross-department strategic product initiatives
• Standardize pricing changes
• Keep track on costs per product

Availability to travel is required (4 to 6 times a year).

Who You Are

You have experience bringing order and consistency to software development environments by building new processes and managing strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with R&D teams building products for a SaaS environment and a technical background that supports understanding the complexities of a product for developers (APIs, SDKs).

You enjoy Scale Ups that move fast and where management roles need to be as good in the high-level and strategic topics, as in delivering operational and day-to-day work.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Tech companies.
• You have 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• You have 2+ years of experience at R&D Ops.
• You have solid understanding on how software/product teams operate.
• You enjoy bringing order to complex environments.
• You are metrics-driven, proactive and self-organized.
• You are an owner that builds the needed order and not a follower waiting for everything to be well orchestrated for you to excel.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment.
