About the Role

Our Product Management Team plays a pivotal role in our company, driving product success by working collaboratively with Riskified’s engineering, data science, design, marketing, analytics, operations and GTM teams. We are looking for a people’s person with leadership character, business savvy, and analytical skills to join our Tel Aviv Product team as Product Operations Manager. 

As Product Operations Manager, you will define cross-company and internal processes to help optimize our strategic roadmap and Product plan. You will work closely with our Product teams and their leadership along with various other teams (Account Management, Sales, Strategy, Operations, etc). You will be engaged in both strategic planning and hands-on operations; help provide reporting and analytical support that will enable data-driven decision making and promote strategic business planning. The Product Operations Manager will be a focal point in Riskified road map achieving its business goals and rapid growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define new processes to help ensure the Product department interfaces are running effectively and smoothly.
• Facilitate and manage the company’s feedback loop, to be used as the basis for Riskified’s Roadmap, and back to its stakeholders.
• Manage the Product roadmap processes, and help define our business key results. 
• Partner closely with the Product leadership to develop and manage actionable, measurable projects that accelerate business growth and strategy.
• Initiate, own, design and maintain business reports for the teams.
• Help defining cross-team processes to optimize performance, promote automation and help create better collaboration and knowledge sharing between the different groups
• Contribute to building Riskified’s annual operations strategy (hiring, budgets, cadence, etc)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Product / business or analytical role
• BA/BSc in a quantitative discipline - Must, MBA is an advantage
• Experience designing and improving processes, successfully delivering change in mid-large organizations.
• Proven experience preparing and leading quarterly business reviews with business stakeholders
• Critical thinking abilities, a ‘why’ personality that can reach the root cause and exploit business insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead projects while motivating colleagues to be positively engaged
• Ability to form strategic insights by analyzing various data sources
• Proactive approach, independent and autodidact
• Experience as Product Operations - advantage
• Experience from a Tier 1 management consulting firm - advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English - Must
• Technical abilities to support data analysis (SQL / R / Google suite)
• Familiarity with Salesforce / Jira / Tableau / Looker - Advantage
