As a Product Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing the Product Management discipline for Redis. What you’ll do:

Improve automation for product management functions such as requirements gathering from field teams and customers, knowledge sharing internally and externally, roadmap updates, and collaboration within the product team
Identify and implement lightweight frameworks to drive collaboration, transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the product organization
Support product leadership in standardizing product tooling from the selection process through implementation and iterative enhancements
Collaborate with product and R&d leadership on streamlining the product release process and operationalizing periodic, enterprise-ready releases to our customers

What will you need to have?

3+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience in software development, software program management, UX, or software architecture
Proven ability to implement methodologies, tooling, and change management in groups of 50+ people
Technical capabilities, including familiarity with at least some, if not all, of the following: Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins or other CI/CD tooling
Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting
Excellent English, oral and written

Extra great if you have:

Experience with project management
Prior experience with databases, distributed systems
Previous experience working on products for developers and operators
Familiarity with cloud-native technology—public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Kubernetes
