As a Product Operations Manager, you will work with the Product Operations Principal and Chief Product Officer to ensure Qonto’s 150 strong Product team has the conditions to succeed. This could involve updating Qonto’s ways of working, coordinating new initiatives within the team, or creating training sessions.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:

•  Build programs to accelerate the team’s career development. You’ll be responsible for organizing onboarding and training programs within the team. You’ll decide which training sessions are required, for which team members, and at which stages of their Qonto life. You’ll then work with colleagues within the product team to ensure the delivery of these training programs.
•  Be the point person on tooling for the team. You will be the go-to person for matters relating to tooling, you’ll conduct analyses of the most suitable SaaS providers for the team and negotiate contracts directly with providers.
• Organize the team's knowledge. You'll be responsible for ensuring documentation is organized in the optimal way so it can be used by the team and scale as the team grows.
•  Unblock the team whenever it’s needed. You will be the go-to person in case of issues related to delivery in the product team. You’ll need to be creative to find practical solutions to their problems and unblock them.
•  Build the Qonto Product team’s employer branding. You will be working closely with the People team to make Qonto Product a by-word for product excellence in Europe. This will include organising meetups and coordinating media which provide a window into product life at Qonto.

🤔 What you can expect:

•  To work in with a product team with a strong Product culture, alongside a distributed team of 50+ Product Managers, and an in-house design studio of 70+ people
•  To gain a well-rounded product education thanks to well-defined standards to which you will be contributing
