As an Operations Manager for Lyft Media’s rooftop & in-car (tablet) product – you will manage product operations, nationwide scaling and fleet maintenance of our rooftop and in-car (tablet) advertising network.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end operations of our nationwide Rooftop & Tablet advertising fleet – including driver acquisition, vehicle installations, driver & fleet relationships, recalls, hardware maintenance, and inventory management
  • Lead new market launches through implementing a strategy with Sales, planning with internal and external partners and executing on the ground responsibilities 
  • Responsible for operations KPIs / metrics tied to fleet size, operational rates and market footprint
  • Optimize existing footprint - coordinate with Sales & Strategy to optimize ad inventory through improving the operational rates of the products, build processes / tools to identify defective units
  • Collaborate with Operations and other functions such as Product Marketing to develop/improve Driver communications, acquisition and engagement
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and work closely with operations associates and tech ops to deploy
  • Work with our external vendors across hardware, software, and data to ensure we are receiving the best terms and customer support to achieve our business objectives
  • Clearly and frequently communicate progress & plans across the broader Lyft Media organization

Experience:

  • 4+ years in operations, tech strategy & ops, consulting, or a traditional automotive environment 
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with MODE or Tableau (dashboarding) preferred
  • Experience working with rideshare / taxi drivers & fleets preferred
  • Experience building processes from scratch & implementing them to solve business problems
  • Self-starter and ability to move efforts forward with limited oversight
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $137,000 - $158,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
