About Juniper Square

Our mission is to make the world’s private capital markets more efficient, transparent, and accessible. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets and as a result bringing access to millions who don’t currently benefit from one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology—all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization—we want to hear from you. We’ve doubled our team in each of the past four years while maintaining an excellent culture and staying true to our values. We are well-funded and building for the long-term. We need YOU to help us achieve our mission.

Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. We are happy to share with interested applicants where and how we work.

About your Role

As a Product Operations Manager, Integrations, you will execute successful implementations between the Juniper Square application and third party softwares, recommend software and integration upgrades, and perform general business advisory services, all while fostering strong client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Product Services, you will work directly with Clients in implementing our integrations offerings, working closely with technical aspects of our integrations to solve the business needs of Clients.  You will exhibit strong project management skills, client management and client communication skills, and demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide software installation, preferably in the real estate accounting and investment management softwares.  You will partner with colleagues in sales, customer success, product operations, and engineering to drive business value for our customers and maintain the integrity of the integration offering.

What you will do:

  • Implement Juniper Square’s integration offerings, achieving proficiency in current offerings and learning how to support future integrations currently in development
  • Execute integration implementation project plans within time and budget constraints, leading disparate project teams over multi-month projects, and own the end-to-end process from kick-off to execution to training & support
  • Partner with our clients and their consultants, capture accurate business requirements, translate requirements to integration solutions, and serve as an advisor to the client
  • Perform system and business process reviews to identify inefficient processes, gaps in the systems implementation, and make sound recommendations for improvement
  • Provide support to the sales and account management teams by identifying business development opportunities, creating documentation and enablement material, and assist with new product implementation
  • Become an expert in our software application, the underlying data model, available tools, and how data moves between systems from both a technical and business perspective

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience interacting with customers while managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
  • 1+ years of experience with large, complex datasets and advanced data manipulation skills
  • Experience with APIs and SQL/Python preferred and/or an aptitude to learn quickly
  • Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, enterprise software solutions, preferably within real estate investment management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and create documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects at once while staying close to the details and interfacing with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions
  • You see opportunity in ambiguity; this is the right role for you if you have a vision for building something new and big!

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family
  • Unlimited vacation policy and paid holidays
