  • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery and release process by gathering internal feedback, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing streamlined processes and tools.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among product stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional alignment and ensuring clear goals and objectives.

  • Establish and maintain scalable product practices and frameworks that enable efficient and consistent product development across the company.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product discovery, requirements, and delivery, ensuring easy access and knowledge sharing among team members.

  • Support the onboarding and enablement of new product managers, providing guidance on the release process and other essential product practices.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Who You Are:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-tech software company, preferably in a B2B context, as a product manager, product designer, or product ops.

  • Ability to coordinate the work of 20+ team members with diverse skill sets, including product managers, analysts, engineers, marketers, and executives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility in collaborative work environments.

  • Experience in change management within high-tech-oriented environments.

  • Ability to communicate decision points and metrics in an articulate and actionable manner, catering to both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels.

  • Thorough understanding of product management practices, approaches, technologies, and tools.

  • Passion for operational excellence and comfort with experimentation, autonomy, and ambiguity.

  • Strong knowledge of the data science field is a plus.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading software company, we would love to hear from you. Join us in shaping the future of product operations at Dataiku.
