Product Operations Manager - Commerce Enablement

You will be responsible for managing product and strategy operations across Commerce Enablement Products. You will be handling end-to-end funnel, from acquisition, onboarding, and engagement process. Here, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the process is improving over time. You have a responsibility to analyze the performance and provide key insights. In addition, the product operations role is a crucial role in feedback consolidation, in which the role will collaborate with product managers on improving the products. 

We consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline. We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.

With the increasing trends in social commerce especially in Indonesia during the pandemic, GoStore is one of the solutions that we offer to our merchants to help them sell online through social media and chat commerce. Our vision in this team is to build the infrastructure that allows merchants to have integrated POS system with multiple sales channels (both offline and online)
