Product Operations Manager

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

Work with product and internal teams on a daily basis to drive product development and improvement
Lead planning, coordinating, and discipline around the processes for testing, launching/rollout of features and products (e.g., execute A/B testing and measurement initiative)
Ensure internal are ready with the resources, information and processes required to support new products (training, playbooks, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)
Product planning for enhancements regarding Binance Academy platform/interface
Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
Support Product teams in troubleshooting and driving resolution of user issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management business operations or consulting
Strong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is an added advantage
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are required
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently
Experience building strong partnerships with product, data, marketing, and support teams
Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
