Product Operations Manager - 3103W01

We are looking for a product operations manager to join the Diagnostics team to help us guarantee the commercial success of our medical devices.

In particular, you will serve a vital role in optimizing the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success:

1) Product Operations

• Promote product innovation by creating seamless experimentation processes from collectingcustomer needs, to deployingour product on their servers, and ensuring customer support
• Ensure transversal communication and prioritize & solve issues
• Streamline intelligence and routine practices by developing workflow automation scripts and processes
• Monitor deployment and usage metrics through a reporting dashboard
• Instigate a continuous improvement loop

2) Customer Success

• Guarantee pathologists, oncologists and pathology lab customer satisfaction
• Interact with customers, tech squads and IT ops to lead issues investigation, resolution and deployment
• Organize demo and onboarding sessions for new users
• Monitor customer satisfaction and collect user feedback to discuss with the product managers and IT ops ways to improve the product and/or the operational setup and support

Required qualifications / experience:

• Engineering MSc or equivalent
• Proof of successful experience in a product operations, or near equivalent role (operations engineering/ management, systems engineering, product management, tech-focused customer service)
• You are a problem solver, you combine analytical and practical sensibilities, with a keen attention to detail
• You are highly adaptable and a fast learner
• You enjoy working in teams and are able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
• You are able to interact with people of different backgrounds;
• You have basic knowledge of software development
• High-level general-purpose language programming skills (Python preferred)
• You have basic knowledge (or interest and willingness to learn) of agile methodologies for product discovery and delivery.
• You have excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English - French is a plus
• Plus: you have a general understanding of the health sector
