Product Operations

About the role

As Lattice’s Product Operations Manager, you will establish and refine systems that enable our Product teams to do their best work. You will be the point person that sits in between product, got-to-market teams, and our design and engineering counterparts ensuring we have effective partnerships and practices as we scale. You’ll love this role if you love building and iterating on programs, problem-solving in collaboration with cross-functional partners, and setting up product development teams for success. 

• Manage our roadmap process 
• Establish feedback loops and communication channels with product and GTM teams 
• Document and maintain product knowledge 
• Own, manage, and scale product team rituals 
• Create and own ongoing refinement to product playbooks 

Who you are

• 5-10 years of experience in a Product Operations, Program Management, or Design Operations role
• A systems thinker and relationship builder, you seek out partnerships to develop the right processes and tools for high quality, efficient practices at scale
• Action-oriented, you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with incomplete information 
• Comfortable with ambiguity, it doesn't impede your ability to drive and produce high-quality work 
• Super organized with exceptional attention to details and understanding the downstream impacts of decisions
• You’re comfortable communicating and operating in a remote-first environment
