About the Team 

The Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) at Tencent is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for cooperation with game publishing and R&D team, organizing and managing the requirements, ensuring implementation. Need to maintain a good relationship with multiple cooperation teams.
2、Responsible for the project and requirements process management, the operation technology details can be sort out clearly.Take in charge of the optimization of the process, and keep improving the requirements model.
3、The need to establish clear value measurement standards, effect and effectiveness analysis, and have a structured analysis system.
4、Need to adapt to a diverse overseas environment and have excellent language skills.
5、It is necessary to experience various game products, establish sufficient vision of overseas game product experience, and form a basic knowledge and understanding of overseas game operation.

Qualifications and Skills：

1、Bachelor degree or above, clear logic, strong learning ability, good communication is preferred.
2、Love games, familiar with mainstream online game products, familiar with game operation is preferred.
3、Have the ability on technical understanding, data analysis ability, science and technology background is preferred.
4、Serious and responsible, with a big picture view, strong learning ability, with the spirit of research, strong resistance to pressure, good collaboration.
